Measure what your partnerships do for customers.

The partner-platform basics (registry, pipeline, portals, workflow) are included on every tier, so you aren't paying for two tools. The layer on top, whether each partnership makes customers succeed, is the reason to switch.

What a partner platform does
  • A registry of partners and agreements
  • Deal registration and partner pipeline
  • A portal, usually a paid add-on, per seat
  • Measurement that stops at the point of sale
What Entwine adds
  • Partner and customer portals, unlimited free seats, every tier
  • CSI, CDE and ECS: measurement on real customer outcomes
  • Engagements and a capability registry: professional-services depth
  • Agents that act only behind an approval gate
Measurement

How partnerships are scored.

Entwine scores each customer on four measures, then works out which parties contributed to that outcome and by how much. It can do this because the delivery record, the pipeline and the customer score sit in one table, so attribution is a query rather than a survey.

CDE 1.8× Customer Discovery Efficiency How much faster the ecosystem gets a customer from need to the right solution than they would have managed alone. Median days-to-close, direct ÷ ecosystem-sourced; withheld on thin samples.
TTI 1.4× Trust Transfer Index How much of a referrer's credibility travels with the referral: win rate of deals referred by a party ÷ win rate of unreferred deals. Partner or customer, same formula.
CSI 7.2 Customer Success Index The customer's own score, 0–10: adoption, engagement quality, advocacy, outcomes and sentiment, weighted over the components that have data. A partner's number is derived from the health of their customers.
ECS 76% Ecosystem Completeness Score How much of the customer's recorded needs the ecosystem meets: needs met ÷ needs recorded, importance-weighted. Above 80% the ecosystem is a complete solution; the unmet needs are your partner-recruitment brief.
Contribution The attribution layer Which parties produced this customer's outcome, and in what proportion? A share of 15 weighted points per customer: Acquisition ×1 · Onboarding ×2 · Adoption ×3 · Retention ×4 · Expansion ×3 · Advocacy ×2. A partner measured purely on pipeline is being judged on roughly one-fifteenth of the value they could create. Values above are illustrative. Full definitions, inputs and withholding rules →
Included on every tier

A ranked view of every customer that needs attention.

One screen ranks every customer by how much attention it needs: renewals coming due, relationships that have gone quiet, gaps in coverage. The trend over time shows whether the portfolio is getting healthier, not only whether this quarter closed.

Experience signals

Short surveys capture how customers rate the work partners deliver.

The basics

The partner-platform basics are included, so you can start without one.

Included on every tier

A portal for every partner and every customer, with no seat charges.

Each partner and customer gets a portal under your brand, on every tier, with no per-seat cost. Partners see their health score, how it breaks down, and a list of the actions most likely to improve each customer account.

Most platforms charge for portal seats. We do not, because an ecosystem only works when everyone is in it.

Opportunity Management overview on the demo workspace: 300 opportunities, $46.0M open pipeline, 71.1% win rate, partner-sourced deals split out from direct, and top partners by pipeline value contributed

Partner-sourced pipeline next to your direct pipeline.

Opportunity management tracks every deal a partner sources or influences, stage by stage, alongside your direct pipeline, and ranks each partner's contribution. A deal is registered once and the same record carries through to the customer-outcome measures.

Beyond PRM

Compare account lists with a partner without handing over your book.

See where a partner's accounts intersect yours before committing to a full share. Each side picks its own disclosure level (counts, tokenised or named) and nothing is revealed until both sides opt in. Small overlaps stay behind a privacy floor, so an intersection can never identify an account.

Account Overlap page in the partner portal: both sides sharing at the Named level with Vector Integrators, showing 5 shared accounts by name The same Account Overlap page against the ecosystem owner: too few shared accounts to disclose — the privacy floor reveals nothing below the minimum
Matching Workbench: a queue of partner-loaded source records — organisations and people — with exact-match candidates and one-click Link or Promote to canonical

One record per organisation, whatever a partner calls it.

Partners load their books as they know them. The Matching Workbench, the screen that matches their records to yours, resolves every contributed record to your canonical party: exact-match candidates, one click to link, and partners always keep their own view. This is what makes overlap comparisons possible.

Ecosystem registry

A structured record of every party and relationship. Everything else is built on it.

Lifecycle stages

Every relationship carries a stage and phase you define (onboarding, active, renewal), so lifecycle is a field you can query.

Advocacy

Track references, reviews and co-marketing: the advocacy work partners do after the sale.

Beyond PRM

Engagements

Track delivery work (implementations, migrations, services) as records in their own right, with dates, roles and outcomes.

Beyond PRM

Capability registry

Who can deliver what: skills, certifications and coverage across the ecosystem, kept current.

Partner pipeline

Deal registration, sourced-and-influenced tracking, and partner contribution ranked against direct.

Agents

Agents prepare the work. Nothing is saved until a person approves it.

Agents draft updates, follow-ups and document reviews. Nothing is written to a record until someone has approved it.

Agent recommendations on the demo workspace: 50 pending proposals from the Gap agent, each naming a customer whose Ecosystem Completeness Score has fallen, a recommended action, a confidence bar, and Accept or Reject buttons
Agent inbox. The Gap agent, which watches for unmet customer needs, saw the Ecosystem Completeness Score fall for 50 demo customers and drafted a recommendation for each, with a confidence score. Every card waits for a person to accept or reject it.
Batch review in the Entwine agents workbench: a partner directory PDF read by the pipeline, showing one partner organisation with its category, status, tier and region, each field compared across what was extracted, what the internal database already held, and web research, marked approved
Document intelligence. A partner directory PDF becomes organisations, attributes and relationships. Each field shows what was extracted, what the internal record already held, and what web research found, reviewed and approved before anything is filed.

Agent inbox

Every agent suggestion arrives in one queue: review, edit, approve or dismiss, with the reasoning attached.

Approval

Agents suggest and people decide. Agents never write to your records on their own.

Document intelligence

Agreements and certificates are read automatically, and the extracted fields are queued for review before anything is filed.
